This week I have helped many students with small problems with their iPads. Again, I’ve noticed that a lot of students come down to help desk without having tried to restart their iPad or updating the software. I think one day I “fixed” roughly seven iPads just by restarting them. It makes me think it may benefit our school by sending out an email of quick tricks and tips for minor iPad problems so they don’t have to come down to have us do something that they could easily do.
